Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details.
Shipping Time & Charges
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days (depending on location).
- Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (subject to availability).
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹2000.
International Shipping
- We currently [do/do not] offer international shipping.
- If available, international deliveries may take 7-21 business days, subject to customs regulations.
- Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are to be borne by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

- In rare cases of lost shipments, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
Return to Sender (RTS) Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or customer unavailability:
- We can reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply).
- A refund will be issued (excluding shipping costs).
